Shipping Policy

We offer shipping, local pickup, and local delivery. Storefront pickup is available during our operating hours.

 

Pickup

We try to have orders ready for pick up within 24 hours of placement. We will update you once your order is ready for pickup and you will receive instructions on how to pick up your order. *Custom orders will take up to 12 weeks to prepare for pick-up. Please contact a sales associate for more information regarding your custom order.

 

Delivery

We offer local delivery within the Cornwall district. We make deliveries every week from 10 am to 4 pm. If you have specific delivery instructions, please contact us.

 

Shipping

We ship through Canada Post, within Canada, with different shipping options for both. All rates and options will be stated at checkout.

Custom monument orders are subject to longer shipping times and larger shipping rates. Please contact a sales associate for more details regarding shipping on custom monument orders.

During our regular season hours (April-October) please allow 4-6 weeks for your order to be processed, however, we try our best to ship all orders out within one month of an order being placed. For all orders outside of the timeframe listed please contact us for a delivery time estimate.

Orders placed on Federal Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day. All shipping methods have estimated transit times per shipping option. 

Please note: We do not guarantee specific delivery times. Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time and the distance of the shipping address from our location. As you may already know, there are worldwide delays in terms of shipping, so we are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause with your order.
